Call-Out Visits & Fees

Even after your warranty period has ended, we’re still happy to help with maintenance, adjustments, or repairs — that’s what we’re here for.

When a call-out fee applies

A standard £40 call-out fee applies for:

  • Blinds that are outside of the warranty period
  • Blinds not originally supplied or fitted by us
  • Parts or accessories (motors, chains, brackets, batteries, etc.) that are out of warranty
  • Small adjustments, re-hanging, or advice visits not linked to a new order

This covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site. If further work or parts are needed, we’ll always give you a quote before going ahead.

Why we charge

We want to make sure every customer — whether you’re brand new or have been with us for years — gets a prompt, properly booked visit at a time that suits you. It’s not just “popping round”; it’s a structured service that helps us keep response times fair for everyone.
