We take real pride in every blind we make and install. Your blinds are an investment in your home, and we back them with a straightforward warranty and continued support long after fitting day.
Product Warranty
All blinds we supply and install — including those made right here in our Bury St Edmunds workshop, such as roller, vertical, and Perfect Fit blinds — are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults under normal domestic use.
This covers components, mechanisms, and fabrics where a genuine manufacturing issue has occurred.
Installation Guarantee
All fitting work carried out by our team is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. If something isn’t right because of how it was fitted, we’ll put it right — simple as that.
Motors, Remotes & Electrical Accessories
These are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is typically one to two years. If a supplier offers longer coverage, we’ll pass that benefit straight on to you.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t extend to:

General wear and tear or natural fading over time

Accidental damage or misuse

Blinds altered, removed, or reinstalled by anyone other than us

Batteries and other consumable items
Aftercare & Call-Out Support
Once your warranty period ends, we don’t disappear. We offer a chargeable call-out service that includes travel and the first 30 minutes on site. Any further parts or labour are quoted separately — no surprises.
